This page explains what we collect when you use the TiM Jurišić dental practice website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. It is written to be read rather than to cover every eventuality — if something is unclear, call us.
Who holds the data

What we collect
When you use the booking or contact form: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the day and part of day you chose, your reason for coming, and whatever you write in the note field.
The note field is free text. Please do not write medical details there — say roughly what it is about and we will take the rest at the appointment or on the phone.
When you use the chat: the conversation and the technical data the chat service records, including your IP address.
We do not ask for or store national ID numbers, health insurance numbers, or payment details through this site.
Why we collect it
Only to call you back and agree and confirm an appointment. We do not use form data for marketing and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in the practice’s e-mail for as long as we need them to arrange the appointment, and at most one year. Once you become a patient, your medical record is kept separately under the rules governing health documentation, and this page does not apply to it.
Who else sees it
The site uses a few services that see part of the data as a matter of course:
- Website chat (tawk.to). When you open the chat, this service records the conversation, your IP address and basic browser information, and sets the cookies its chat window needs to work.
- Google Maps. The map on the Contact page loads from Google’s servers, which see your IP address as it does.
- Hosting. The server the site runs on keeps standard access logs.
Beyond that we pass nothing to third parties, unless a competent authority requires it of us by law.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar audience measurement.
The cookies that are set are technically necessary: those the chat sets to remember your conversation, and one the site uses to remember your chosen language. You can delete or block them in your browser, though the chat will then not work.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw the consent you gave by sending a form. Write to timjurisic2@gmail.com and we will answer as soon as we can.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we will change this page too.
